When does the accommodation fee get deducted?
At the moment of booking. The accommodation rate is deducted automatically from each transaction via Stripe Connect. You receive the accommodation price minus the NaturalTix rate minus Stripe's processing fee — all in one settlement. No invoices, no monthly billing for the accommodation fee.
What counts as accommodation revenue?
The price a guest pays for the accommodation portion of their booking — room rate, pod hire, tent pitch, bunk bed, or equivalent. If a guest also buys an event ticket, the ticket fee and accommodation fee are calculated separately. A €150 accommodation + €30 event ticket booking on Core costs €3.00 accommodation fee (2%) + €0.49 guest/room fee = €3.49 total.
Can I mix and match add-ons with any base plan?
Yes — every add-on is available on every base plan including Core (€0/month). Your base plan only affects your accommodation rate and per-guest/room rate. You pay only for the add-ons you enable, and you can add or remove them at any time.
Do I need to run events to use NaturalTix?
No. You can use NaturalTix purely as an accommodation booking system. The event ticketing module is available if and when you want it, but it's never required. You only pay per-guest fees on guests you actually process.
Do I pay fees on refunded bookings?
No. When you issue a refund, the NaturalTix accommodation fee for that booking is also refunded. Stripe's processing fee may not be returned (standard across all payment platforms), but the NaturalTix fee is always refunded on cancelled bookings.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle with no penalties.
