How it works

Live in under an hour.

No developer. No long setup. Paste one line of code on your existing website and start selling tickets, accommodation, and extras from a single checkout.

Five steps from sign-up to selling.

01

Create your account

Sign up at admin.naturaltix.com. We'll ask you for your event name, your organisation name, and your country. That's it for account creation — no credit card required to get started.

Your account gives you access to the NaturalTix dashboard where you'll build and manage all your events, track sales in real time, and handle your attendee lists.

⏱ Takes about 3 minutes
02

Connect Stripe

NaturalTix uses Stripe Connect to process payments. When you connect your Stripe account (or create one if you don't have one), all ticket and accommodation revenue flows directly to you. We never hold your money.

The Stripe onboarding takes 5-10 minutes and is handled entirely inside NaturalTix — you never need to leave our dashboard. Stripe handles identity verification, bank account setup, and payment compliance.

⏱ Takes 5–10 minutes · Stripe handles all compliance
03

Build your event

Create your event and configure everything attendees can buy: ticket types with individual prices and capacities, accommodation options (camping, rooms, hotel blocks), parking, merchandise, and any add-ons.

You can set sales open and close dates for each item, early-bird pricing tiers, group discount thresholds, and cancellation policies. The dashboard is designed for event people, not software people — it should feel familiar.

⏱ 20–40 minutes for a full multi-day event configuration
04

Embed on your website

NaturalTix gives you a single line of JavaScript. Paste it anywhere on your existing website — in a page body, a sidebar widget, or a dedicated booking page. The checkout renders automatically in your website's context.

It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, and any other platform that allows custom HTML or JavaScript. No plugin required. Your branding, your domain, your checkout.

⏱ Literally one line of code
05

Sell — and get paid

Attendees land on your website, see the NaturalTix checkout, and complete their purchase in one flow — tickets, accommodation, parking, extras, all in one basket. They pay by card or Apple/Google Pay. They receive a single confirmation email with everything in it.

Revenue hits your Stripe account at the moment of each sale — minus the NaturalTix per-ticket fee, which is deducted automatically so you never have to invoice us or calculate anything. Your dashboard shows live sales, capacity remaining, and revenue totals in real time.

💳 Money in your account within 2–7 days of each sale (Stripe standard payout)

Your money goes straight to you. Not through us.

NaturalTix uses Stripe Connect — the same infrastructure that powers Shopify, Airbnb, and Deliveroo's marketplace payments. When an attendee pays, the charge is created on your connected Stripe account, not ours.

This means: if NaturalTix ever had a problem, your money would still be safe in your own Stripe account. You're not a creditor of ours. We never custody your funds.

The NaturalTix fee is deducted at the moment of the transaction as a split — Stripe sends our fee to us and the rest to you, instantly. No invoices. No monthly reconciliation.

How a €50 ticket sale splits

1
Attendee pays €50 Via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
2
Stripe fee ~€1.45 Stripe's standard processing (1.4% + €0.25)
3
NaturalTix fee €0.85 PAYG per-ticket platform fee
4
You receive €47.70 Direct to your Stripe account

Common questions about setup.

Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. The entire setup — account creation, Stripe connection, event configuration, and checkout embedding — is designed to be done by a non-technical person. Embedding is one line of code you paste into your website. If you can use WordPress or Squarespace, you can use NaturalTix.
What website platforms does the embed work with?
Any platform that allows you to add custom HTML or JavaScript. This includes WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, ShowIt, Ghost, and custom-built websites. If you're unsure about your specific platform, book a demo and we'll confirm.
Do my attendees need to create an account?
No. Attendees can complete a purchase as a guest with just their email address. They receive a confirmation email with their tickets/booking summary as a PDF. Optional account creation is available for attendees who want to manage their bookings.
How long does Stripe setup take?
Usually 5–10 minutes if you have your bank account details and ID to hand. If you already have a Stripe account, connecting it takes under a minute. Stripe may occasionally require additional verification, which can take 1–2 business days, but this is rare for standard event organisers.
Can I run NaturalTix alongside an existing ticketing system?
Yes. You can run NaturalTix for new events while existing events continue on your current platform. There's no exclusivity requirement. Most organisers migrate one event at a time.
What happens if I need to cancel or postpone my event?
NaturalTix supports full and partial refunds directly from the dashboard. You can refund individual attendees or issue mass refunds to all ticket holders for a given event or ticket type. Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method.
