About NaturalTix
With more than two decades of experience in event promotion and ticket sales, we know that things can be better. NaturalTix exists because we got tired of watching event organisers lose time and money to tools that were never built for them.
I've been in live events my whole career. Started promoting gigs in Ireland in the early 2000s, moved into ticketing, and spent the next fifteen years working across every part of the live event sales stack — box offices, online ticketing platforms, festival operations, venue systems, and everything in between.
I built NaturalTix because the problem is obvious to anyone who's run a multi-day event: the tools were designed for concerts and conferences, not for festivals with camping, retreats with room types, or sporting events with competitor entries. Everyone was patching together Eventbrite, a hotel spreadsheet, a Shopify store, and a SumUp terminal — and wondering why the post-event reconciliation took a week.
NaturalTix started as a side project inside my previous company, Black Lion Media. When it became clear the product could genuinely solve something nobody else was solving, I moved to build it properly. The platform has been in development since 2018 and is now ready for its first commercial customers.
Sales conversations with me are with a peer. I'll know what you mean when you talk about glamping allocations or late entry fees. I won't sell you software you don't need.
The ticketing market hasn't changed much in twenty years. Eventbrite made it easy to put a ticket on the internet. Ticket Tailor made it cheap. But nobody has seriously tackled the event that lasts more than a day, involves somewhere to sleep, and needs to sell more than a ticket.
Multi-day festivals, retreat centres, and multi-day sporting events are all running the same workarounds: tickets in one tool, accommodation in a spreadsheet or a hotel's own booking system, ancillary sales in a different tool entirely. Attendees end up with multiple confirmation emails from systems that don't know about each other. Organisers end up with a reconciliation headache after every event.
Why make things complicated? We do all the heavy lifting so you can get to what you do well.
NaturalTix puts everything into a single embeddable checkout. Tickets, beds, parking, merch, VIP upgrades — one basket, one payment, one confirmation email. Money goes directly to the organiser's Stripe account the moment each sale is made. We never custody funds.
We're starting with festivals, retreats, and multi-day sporting events in Ireland and the UK. These are underserved segments where the founder has genuine domain knowledge. The accommodation module — the thing nobody else has — is the product's unique differentiator and will remain so.
Every feature decision starts with the organiser. Not the attendee, not the investor — the person running the event at 6am on day one. If it doesn't make their life measurably easier, we don't build it.
We will never hold your revenue. Stripe Connect means your money is in your account, not ours. If NaturalTix ever had a problem, your funds would be unaffected. That's a design decision, not a marketing line.
The original tagline was "Sales, Naturally." We still mean it. The platform should feel obvious. If you need to read a manual to do something basic, we've failed. Powerful features should be there when you need them — invisible when you don't.
NaturalTix Limited is an Irish technology company incorporated in 2026. We're headquartered in Ireland and our first market is Ireland and the UK, with Europe to follow. The product is built on modern infrastructure — Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe Connect, deployed on Cloudflare — and designed from the start to be internationally scalable.
We're a founder-led, pre-seed stage company. We're not backed by venture capital. We're building this to last, not to flip.
