5% of accommodation revenue, taken at the point of sale. Only applies when an attendee purchases accommodation through NaturalTix. If no accommodation is sold, there's no charge. The fee only activates when you enable the accommodation module for an event.

Pricing questions.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can create an account and set up your event for free. You only start incurring fees once tickets are sold. For free events, there are never any fees regardless of how long you use the platform.

When does the per-ticket fee get deducted?

At the moment of sale. NaturalTix's fee is deducted automatically from each transaction via Stripe Connect's split payment feature. You receive the ticket price minus the NaturalTix fee minus Stripe's processing fee — all in one go. No invoices, no monthly bills, no reconciliation required.

What counts as a "paid ticket"?

Any ticket, booking, or entry with a price greater than €0. Free tickets, RSVPs, and zero-price registrations are never charged. Accommodation bookings are charged the 5% accommodation fee separately, not the per-ticket fee.

Can I pass the fee on to attendees?

Yes. You can choose to absorb the fee into your ticket price or display it as an explicit booking fee that attendees pay on top of the face value. Both options are configurable in your event settings. The checkout shows the total price clearly before payment.

Do I pay for refunded tickets?

No. When you issue a refund, the NaturalTix fee for that transaction is also refunded. Stripe's processing fee may not be returned (this is standard across all payment platforms), but NaturalTix's own fee is always refunded on cancelled bookings.

Can I change plans?

Yes, any time. You can upgrade from PAYG to Pro or Scale at any point, and downgrade again after an event if you prefer. Pricing changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
